At Infectious Disease this morning (a 2 hour appointment - - which we saw two doctors for a total of 10 minutes) - yielded the results of treating the whole family. So Jules Matteo & I all took a one time dose of the medicine to "deworm" us. Results: nothing to the naked eye. The doctors at the Center suggested Chloe May, based on her results, probably swallowed one egg which contained a male worm and the result is below:
We were told this has been in Chloe since May or June....a fact which just made me sad. And even though we went to play at our friend Marisa's house later in the day, to be honest, I'm exhausted - - from collecting samples, making phone calls, going to the Center, etc. So yes, tonight when the kids retired to bed, so did I - - - physically and mentally exhausted.
