After last night's late celebration, Daddy was none too happy when I woke him up for some last minute wrappings and to transfer the wine.
However his mood quickly brightened up when I suggested we sample a glass at 6:15 AM! :-) The wine is formenting nicely and Daddy said after April's transfer will be ready for consumption. Nevertheless we bottled one full liter and took it to Poppi's house for him, Uncle Rocco, & company to sample - though not fully finished formenting it does taste yummy.
