Holiday Greetings

Our Christmas cards are all hung up - some are at my eye level and those in which I think Chloe or Matteo will recognize the child in the card or the card has an animal on it in which I think they will enjoy seeing, I put at their eye level. Well Chloe May has found her friend Rory in one card and thus proceeds to touch it, pull it down and bend it. And even though I ask her not to take the cards down, I found out she likes to ..... hug it :-) So we set up a girl playdate with our friend. Check back in early January for those pictures.

No Chloe, Santa isn't here yet.

Matteo received an early Christmas present from his friend Ally - and may I say it suits him 110%! Great idea Allycat.

And when I took this photo at 7:05 this evening, with no one ready for bed, me on the phone with CVS for the honest to God 10th time trying to find out why my 1 hour photos were taking SIX HOURS to print (really?) - Chloe May and Matteo were having fun throwing playdoh cans into the air - Jules was on the phone with a potential client - and for a moment I looked at this chaos of my life and felt like my sister :-)

And truly I am mortified - when in Kohls Matteo found these Pjs - and the look of upset in his eyes when I told him they weren't his size, wouldn't fit, etc. - - - well life will be full of let downs soon enough and really is it hurting anyone to let him love Spongebob - well yes Me, but he claims he loves him (I swear this child has seen him once on Thanksgiving and that was by mistake!). I am mortified, but he is overjoyed.
