Cousin day continued....

But wait our cousin day didn't end there, we next traveled to Matteo's Nanny's house to go out to dinner with Jules' family....

And Uncle Rocco (Jules' only sibling) enjoyed some time with Matteo as well.

And our garage saga continues....having started the floor last night and then run out of paint 3/4 of the way through, Daddy was none too happy to go back to the paint store and buy MORE paint (yes, we paid the man's rent for the month) - and now the garage is fully painted!!

And we have to stay out of it for another 7 days while everything dries and sets :-)

But we are not done yet as we have a new back door arriving on Wednesday, so check back to see what challenges that poses (because really does anything ever go off without a hitch?).

Why do we have a 3 bedroom house.....



Well let's review: Daddy's office: relocated to the master bedroom.
Matteo's sleeping choice: master bedroom floor.
Chloe May's sleeping choice: master bedroom bed.
Mommy sleeps next to: Chloe May.
Daddy sleeps on the floor next to Matteo.

Oh that's right: Walter our DOG sleeps in the second room and of course we need an extra room for Chloe and Matteo's clothes!!! Silly mommy.

And do you know who loves all this????? MOMMY - - - haha protest as I might, but I secretly love everyone all together!

Biking

Yesterday was Chloe May's first day out on her bike.



Well actually the back of Daddy's bike that Mommy was riding..... but a great ride we had, with Matteo too of course.

The family that rides together stays together :-)

As far as the garage goes - don't ask.... a work in progress :-I

Garage continues....

Really, I thought maybe 2-3 days TOPS to paint the entire garage.....this project is REALLY dragging on...., but alas I know my patience will pay off and Daddy really is doing a spectacular job (hope you drop by to see it soon).

Anyway, the apprentice had other ideas today and helped Daddy paint this really special board -

didn't want to miss every corner!

Our home project just took a major step in...... a direction (I"m sure you can decide forwards or backwards) with Daddy's APPRENTICE!!!!!!!!
