First snow of 2008/2009

Matteo hurried up to get outside with Daddy to enjoy the first snow of the 2008/2009 snow season. Sorry Grandma, Matteo is NOT bundled up because that is how quickly the snow came and went. (you have to look really hard to see the few snow flurries).

Halloween Hunt

Our friend Caleb hosted a halloween hunt this weekend, luckily we found our 5 pumpkin heads, so we were entitled to many many prizes.

Today we planted pumpkin seeds in the hopes of next year picking a pumpkin from our yard. We have typically planted a whole pumpkin, however my dear husband has recently informed me that "hollow" pumpkins do not make the best seedlings.

THE BIG DAY!

Matteo's big day started with a call from cousin Jessica.

Next Matteo spoke to cousins Jay J and Andrew....maybe Kimmie was in there, not sure.

Then for breakfast Matteo enjoyed a feast - pancakes and eggs.

Daddy loves making Matteo and Mommy pancakes on the griddle.
